Sorting out my archives today and found one of the very first animations (over 10 years old) that I ever did. A few years later it gave birth to one of my first Shockwave 3D games I too… ahh the memories.
Looking at it now there are more than a few issues (hey was a newbi back then) mainly environmental however still has a special place in my heart (am still chuffed with the pace of the animation flow, think fluke/tosh/otto) if only I could find the source files…
I’m thinking unity3d online aquatic adventures ahoy….ah new project…

Today I had need to play with lingo particle systems for a work related project. Whilst developing I had a look through some of my old archives and came across a little ditty that I created about 4 years ago whilst developing a clouds system. In the final version black was replaced with white and blue etc.
Anyhoo as I reminisced I thought hmm might make a good screen saver that and thus it became so. Click the above image for a preview.
Here are a few screenshots from the I Care Project which is currently taking up most of my time. Lighting still needs to be addressed and I am hoping to do a bit of texture baking to achieve some nice effects.
Ok so im finally going to tie down the thickbox presentation of both shockwave and video content:
Above you will find a little particle demo done in lingo (I hope).
For those of you in the know its supposed to be smoke done in Windwaker style. Personaly im quite hapy with the result. If all goes well by clicking on the image a thickbox should open with the demo in it.
Issues I have been having includes getting the movies to show full screen but I think I have nailed this now. I have also included a standard text link to the same content, calling via page id this time for testing purposes.
